Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Carefully pack the unopened paint or accessories in their original shipping container to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
